Tony said: ‘I am very pleased to be working in Tavistock, a town that I first came to know when serving in the Royal Marines in the 1970s. ‘My main area of work these days relates to disputes over the validity of a will or codicil, resolving problems relating to trusts of money and property, removing executors and trustees and recovering assets. ‘Indeed, I cover the whole range of legal problems that can arise where the property or assets of an infirm or elderly person might be cause for concern. ‘I also seek to assist those who hold property jointly with another and may have a disagreement or claim or those who feel that they have an entitlement to share in the ownership of money or property.
‘If I can assist please do call the Tavistock office (01822 617666) and speak with Susie or Stephanie in order to arrange an initial discussion.’
